One plan, priced on the trucks you run
$199 a month, plus $5 per truck per month. Everything below is in it, and the two things that are not are named on this page rather than found on an invoice.
How the bill is worked out
There is one plan. The base covers the platform and the rest follows your fleet, so you pay for the trucks you actually run rather than for the size of carrier the software was built for.
| Trucks | How it adds up | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| 6 | $199 + $5 × 6 | $229 a month |
| 25 | $199 + $5 × 25 | $324 a month |
| 80 | $199 + $5 × 80 | $599 a month |
What the plan covers
Dispatch and loads
Loads, stops, rate confirmations and documents, with the paperwork attached to the load it belongs to.
Driver settlements
Percentage and per-mile pay, advances, escrow and recurring deductions, with the nine checks before a statement goes out.
The books
A double-entry ledger built from the loads: trial balance, profit and loss, and ten statements you can download.
Fleet and profitability
Revenue against real operating cost per truck, per driver and per load, with a digest on the schedule you pick.
Drivers and safety
Driver files, document expiry reminders, tickets and violations.
Team seats
Office seats with department roles, at no extra charge.
What sits on top
Two things are not in the plan price, and both are quoted with you on the demo. Paid driver seats, if you want your drivers working in the app rather than only receiving their statements. And accounting help, if you would rather have a person alongside the software than only the software.
Nothing else is metered. There is no charge per statement, per load or per document.
Questions people ask before they buy
What counts as a truck?
A truck is a power unit on your fleet list. Trailers are not counted and do not add to the bill. If a truck leaves the fleet, it stops counting from the next bill — you are never charged $5 a month for equipment you have sold.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self-serve one. Truckvisor is set up with you rather than signed up for alone, because the first month is spent moving your loads, drivers and charges across. Book a demo and we will talk about how a first month works for your fleet.
What is not in the plan price?
Two things, and both are priced with you rather than appearing on a bill. Paid driver seats, if you want drivers in the app rather than only receiving their statements. And accounting help, if you want a person as well as the software.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing portal, without an email or a phone call. Your data stays yours: the ten statement exports are plain CSV files you can download before you go.
Do you charge per statement?
No. Some trucking software prices by the settlement, which quietly charges a carrier more for a busy month. The price here is the base plus your truck count, and it does not move with how many loads or statements you ran.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax. Book a demo and we will price your fleet on the call.
