Trucking software for settlements, books and daily operations
One system for the financial and operational problems carriers deal with every week.
How it fits together
Most trucking software splits the week across four tools: dispatch in one, driver pay in a spreadsheet, the books with an outside bookkeeper, and the problems in nobody's queue. Every copy of the data drifts from the others, and the office becomes the reconciliation layer.
Truckvisor runs the week on one record set. A load delivered in dispatch becomes revenue in the books, the priced rows behind the driver's settlement, and a number in the owner's digest — the same load, read four ways, with nothing re-typed.
That is why the checks work: a statement can be read against what each charge was set up for and the driver's own history because both live next to the loads, not in someone's memory.

Driver Settlements
Automate driver and owner-operator settlements. Truckvisor calculates pay, applies advances and deductions, runs nine checks and builds the statement.

Fleet Profitability
See which trucks, drivers and loads make money. Truckvisor puts real costs on every load, grades drivers against their own normal and flags a losing week.

Trucking Accounting
Truckvisor keeps real double-entry books for carriers. Loads, driver pay, fuel and factoring post themselves into a trial balance that has to add up.

Trucking Operations
Tickets with a department, an owner and a due date. The enforcement layer finds the problem and chases it, so nobody has to remember to.

Who it's for
Small to mid-size carriers, and the person inside them who does dispatch, driver pay and the books — usually the owner, usually on Wednesday and Thursday. Owner-operator fleets on percentage pay and company-driver fleets on per-mile pay both fit.
What Truckvisor is not
Not a dispatch-only TMS that stops at the load board. Not a bookkeeping service you mail your week to. Not payroll — there is no tax withholding or W-2 filing here, because the fleets we serve run on settlements, not paychecks.
